As we ramp up planning for this year’s event, we are seeking the help of local businesses, institutions, organizations and individuals for silent auction donations, volunteers and sponsorships.

We are asking sponsors to help cover the costs of specific amenities and activities during the event. Your name/business will be prominently displayed in signage at the farm and included in local promotional mediums.

We share this in advance out of care and respect for the veteran community and others who may be sensitive to loud sounds, particularly those associated with military aircraft. The distinct sound of the Huey is powerful and symbolic—but we recognize it can also be triggering for some.
