ETS CLASSES & GROUPS
VETERANS RESOURCE AND EMPOWERMENT CENTER
The Veterans Resource and Empowerment Center (VREC) serves as a place for Veterans and their families to find social connection, learn about resources, and attend classes & events.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
Veterans & Immediate Family
You do not need to be an ETS member to join a class/group although it is highly encouraged. You simply need proof of Veteran status. Immediate family members are invited to join with the veteran attending.
ETS Members
To become an ETS member, visit us in person and fill out a simple intake form. You must also have proof of Veteran status such as a VA ID, DD214, or state ID that identifies you as a Veteran.
VREC
At ETS, we believe there is no better medicine than being in community with other Veterans and their families, rediscovering purpose, and serving a cause which is greater than ourselves. What better way to foster this than to provide a space for Veterans to gather, connect, and grow. This is precisely what the VREC does. In addition to hosting classes/groups, we have space to relax, enjoy coffee and snacks (all complimentary), and just be you.
ETS also has a Fitness Center that is free to Veterans and open Monday-Friday (10am-3pm). Stop by to use the ellipticals, treadmills, stationary bikes, rowing machine, free weights, and yoga mats. Simply sign in at the front desk upon arrival.
Our classes/groups include Art, Guitars for Vets, Recovery, and an Educational Series of Classes - just to name a few.
